Curious by design.

A small underwater explorer that's learning to see, map and roam, all by itself.

The unexplored is closer
than you think.

Less than a third of the seafloor has ever been mapped in detail, and that's just the ocean. The lakes, rivers and harbours closest to home are often even less known. Not because they're hard to reach, but because looking has always needed big boats and bigger budgets. Nemo is built to change that.

See

Seeing, not just filming.

Nemo won't just film the water in front of it. It'll recognise what's there, like a pike in the weeds, the ribs of an old boat or a lost anchor, and choose to follow what's interesting, keeping it in frame while you watch.

Map

Charting the unseen.

As it swims, Nemo will build a 3D picture of everything around it: the slope of a lakebed, the hull of a sunken boat, the shape of a reef. Dive again and it picks up where it left off, until a place no one's ever seen has a map anyone can explore.

Decide

You say where.
It works out how.

Tell Nemo what you're curious about, like “survey the north bay” or “find the old jetty”, and it'll plan the dive itself. It picks the route, watches its battery, works around what it finds, and comes home with the pictures and the map.

Roam

It's only just getting started.

Eventually, Nemo cuts the cord. No tether, no boat waiting overhead. Just a dock it returns to when it needs to rest and recharge. Out into salt water, down past where the light gives up, and maybe not alone: a small team of Nemos, splitting up the search and sharing what they find.

Nemo's first swim is getting close. Leave your email and we'll share the milestones: first splash, first map, first time it finds its own way home.
